Subject: Utilities to Administrative Secretaries
In continuation of this Department’s letter No.FD.SR.1/9-14/2002 dated 17.10.2007, the Competent Authority has been pleased to extend the subject facility to all those Members (Judicial) to whom, reimbursement of utility allowance was not admissible as being enjoyed by Administrative Secretaries and three Members of Board of Revenue designated as Administrative Secretaries, with immediate effect.
2. The facility will be entitled only to officers in BS-20 and BS-21. Moreover, the Board of Revenue, Punjab may take further necessary action in the light of the approval accorded by the Chief Minister, Punjab against para 6 of the summary initiated for the purpose.
