Subject: Upgradation of Process Server of Labor Court
I am directed to refer to your office letter No. DAO/MN/Admn/HM-129 dated: 29.08.2023, on the subject cited above, and to enclose herewith clarification, received from the Section Officer (PC), Government of the Punjab, Finance Department vide No.FD.PC.39-14/77(1320/20) dated: 02.12.2024, for proceeding further in the matter.
I am directed to refer to your letter No.IT(FD)(TT) 10-2/2019-49839 dated 01.10.2024 & 11.09.2023, on the subject cited above.
2. The case has been examined. Finance Department observes that the Lahore High Court, Lahore’s order No.3514-B/1-A-2(d)2004-2005 dated 07.03.2005 & Notification No.99/LCE/1B/VII.D.3(M) dated 10.03.2017 relate to employees of Subordinate Judiciary in the Punjab, i.e., Sessions, Civil and Small Causes Court, Lahore. These are not relevant in the case of employees of Labor Courts.
3. In view of the above, I am directed to request that orders No. PI.VT- II/MN/2014/1139 dated 08.07.2014, No.PLC-9/MLT/2014-407 dated 22.08.2014, No. PLAT- II/MN/2017/1298 dated 20.09.2017 & No.PLC-9/MLT/2023/126 dated 18.04.2023 issued by the Presiding Officer, Punjab Labor Court No.9, Multan may not be implemented.
