Subject: Two Level Authorization
Kindly refer to this office letter No.MIS-Coord/PI Lab/692 dated 27.01.2025 and No.FI Lab/S-33/694 dated 06.02.2025, on the subject cited above.
2. In response to the letter dated 05.12.2024 from DG MIS/FABS, Islamabad, all districts in Punjab were directed to provide a list of authorized users with the FV-50 role (Receipts, AAA, PWD, TE/JE, etc.) in the following prescribed format, for the purpose of cleansing excess authorizations and implementing a two-level workflow. Only sixteen DAOs were responded, therefore the said activity is still pending.
3. You are once again directed to provide the updated information and a soft copy may also be placed in folder FI Lab at temporary share \\172.19.2.2.at the earliest to resolve this issue.
