Subject: Transfer Sheet
Please refer to DAO Okara letter No. DAO/OKA/FUNDS/CD/784 dated: 17.01.2012 the subject noted above.
The competent authority advised that a special seal on the GP. Fund information sheet is required for data transfer and the same may please be ensured, before data transfer.
Kindly refer to the subject cited above.
On introduction of the GP Fund SAP module the balances of the GP Fund subscribers before SAP periods were transferred in the format of G.P Fund information sheets instead of Credit Memos, for punching in the System. Similarly the cases received from your Good office were embossed with the special seal on the covering of GPF information sheets. But some District Accounts Offices are reluctant to emboss such a seal in the absence of direction / instructions. In this regard instruction may please be communicated to avoid delay in the GPF payments.
2. This office is in the view that being authorization for payment the GP Fund information sheets should be embossed with a special seal, the views of this office may be confirmed or directed otherwise.
