Subject: Secretariat Allowance

Will the Deputy Accountant General (TM), office of the Accountant General, Punjab, Lahore kindly refer to his letter No.TM-1/2-3A(IV)/Vol-II/Part File (Green)/1373 dated 29.09.2017, on the subject noted above?

2. The case has been examined in the Finance Department and it is observed that the employees of Chief Minister’s Monitoring Force (School Education Department) are not drawing their salaries from the payroll of Secretariat Department i.e. School Education Department. Hence, they are not entitled for the grant of Special Allowance in light of Finance Department’s letters No.FD.PR.2-1/2009 dated 14.09.2017
