Admissibility of Allowances to Different Offices on Revision of Basic Pay 2022 dt 22.07.2022

Subject: Revision of Basic Pay 2022
I am directed to refer to your letter No. TM-I/2-3A(iv)/2019-23/2943 dated 22.07.2022 on the subject noted above.
2. The case has been examined and it is hereby clarified that para-9 of the Finance Department’s letter No. FD.SR-V.2-3(1)/2022 dated 21.07.2022 is very much clear about the admissibility of allowances in question and the same is hereby reproduced as under:
“All existing rules / orders on the subject shall be considered to have been modified to the extent indicated above. All the existing rules / orders not so modified shall continue to be in force under this scheme.”
3. In view of the above, status of the allowances at para-2 of the above referred letter is as under:
