Punjab Pension Amendment Act (25-55) dt 10.11.2021
Government Of Punjab amends the Pension Act and clarifies that the Pension is allowed at the attaining of 55 years of age or 25 years of service which is later. Further it is clarified that any orders issued after the amendment may be reversed and intervening period may be treated as Leave in Kind due.
