Kindly refer to your letter No. A&ÃO(POP)2-375/2011 dated 28.06.2011, on the subject cited above.
2. As approved by the Chief Minister Punjab, Finance Department accords its concurrence regarding the facility of reimbursement of utility expenses up to the maximum of Rs.30,000 in favor of Secretary Ombudsman, Punjab (BS-21) with effect from the date of joining of the present incumbent i.e. 06.01.2011.
