Amendment – Promotion Policy 2010 dt 27.03.2015
Deduction of marks due to penalty or adverse remarks shall be done only once i.e. when an officer’s case comes up for consideration for promotion to the next higher grade. Once the officer has been promoted to the higher grade no deduction against these penalties / Adverse PER shall be made separately.
