Subject: PhD Qualification Allowance
In continuation of this department’s letters of even number dated 9.8.2002, 1.11.2003 and 19.5.2008, the Competent Authority has been pleased to enhance the existing rate of the Science & Technology Allowance from Rs.5000/- per month to Rs.10,000/- per month w.e.f. 1.1.2009.
2. All other terms & conditions regarding admissibility of the said allowance shall remain the same.
