Observance of Financial Discipline and Pending Salary Claims dt 28.06.2018
OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Pending Salary Claims
In continuation of this office letter of even number dated 16.05.2018 on the subject captioned above.
2. It is apprised that in addition to the earlier instructions mentioned at Para 2(i) of the referred letter that “Submission of to the Accountant General Punjab, Lahore / District Accounts Officers Treasury Offices, Lahore Wednesday, 20th June, 2018. Utility bills, may however, be submitted up to Friday the 29th of June, 2018” may be read as: –
“Submission of to the Accountant General Punjab, Lahore / District Accounts Officers / Treasury Offices, Lahore Wednesday, 20th June, 2018. Utility bills / Salary claims, may however, be submitted up to Friday the 29th of June, 2018.”
3. In view of the fresh instruction, it is advised that the Salary claims may be received in addition to the utility bills up to Friday the 29th of June, 2018 during normal office timings.
4. This may be noted for strict compliance.
