Subject: Move up for BS01 to BS04
I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even number dated 10th September 2007 on the above mentioned subject and to say that some quarters have sought clarification on the point whether or not the employees who were in BS-1 to BS-4 on or before 01.07.2007 by virtue of selection grade are entitled to move one-scale up in light of para 2 of the said letter. It is accordingly clarified that there will be no change in the position of employees who are holding selection grades.
