Revision of Monthly Contribution of PGSHF dt 11.04.2017

Subject: Monthly Contribution
The Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF) was established under the Act X of 2004 (as amended) of the Punjab Provincial Assembly as a body corporate to introduce schemes for providing houses or plots on no profit no loss basis to the member Government servants on their retirement or to their families in case of death during service. Monthly contribution to this effect is being deducted at-source from the salaries of enrolled members/Government servants by the Accountant General Punjab and concerned District Accounts Offices which are retrieved from PIFRA(SAP) System and centrally maintained by the PGSHF in its Database.
- The Competent Authority/Board of Directors of the PGSHF, in its last meeting held on 18.2.2017 has been pleased to enhance the rate(s) of members’ monthly contribution towards ‘Housing Subscription Fund’ deductible at-source from their salaries with immediate effect, as given below:

3. Notification to this effect has already been issued on 31.3.2017 and copy thereof is enclosed for ready reference.
4. It is requested to please implement the above new rates by incorporating the same in your software to deduct necessary contribution on above rates w.e.f. 01.04.2017 and necessary directions may also be passed on to all District Accounts Officers in the Punjab for taking similar action.
