Subject: Month wise and Year Wise Adjustment of GP Fund

A meeting was held on 21-07-2020 under the chairmanship of the worthy Accountant General regarding G P Fund issues of employees of the government of Punjab. The worthy Accountant General, Punjab has taken notice that G P Fund adjustments shown in History sheet/ Input sheets reflects lump sum amount after allowing up to date interest on it and showed his concerns regarding method of showing such adjustment amounts/ balances in lump sum. The method creates confusion as it does not reflect any month wise deduction and could be a cause of fraud in G P Fund Payments.
Therefore, it has been decided/directed by the worthy Accountant General, Punjab that in future such balance of adjustment should be shown month wise/ year wise in History sheet/ Input sheets as actual deposits of the subscriber during the period it was actually deducted/ deposited by the subscriber.
