Subject: Micro Payment
Micro Payment Gateway (MPG)/RAAST has been implemented in A.G Punjab for making payments via electronic funds transfer. The DCS section has been given new responsibilities with respect to MPG payments in addition to its traditional role. The worthy Accountant General Punjab has been pleased to rename the DCS Section as Micro Payment Gateway Cell (MPG Cell).
The Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) of the MPG Cell has already been circulated by MIS Section via its letter No. MIS-Coord/SOPs-for- MPGRAST/1011 dated: 04.04.2025. All concerned are directed to comply with the instructions in true letter and spirit.
