OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Judicial and Utility Allowance
I am directed to refer to your letter No. SO(B&A)-46/2009-1(DCCs) dated 16.03.2010, on the subject noted above and to state that Finance Department has examined the case and observed that the Labor Courts, Anti-Corruption Courts, Anti-Terrorism Courts, Drugs Courts and “Consumer Courts” do not come under the administrative control of Lahore High Court, Lahore, hence, these courts do not fall in the ambit of subordinate judiciary. Therefore, those consumer courts which are in the receipt of judicial/utility allowance are subject to recovery of the same.
