Subject: Judicial and Utility Allowance
Will the Section Officer (E-11)), Government of the Punjab, S&GAD, kindly refer to his letter No. SOE-II(S&GAD)1-17/2009 dated 18.05.2010, on the subject noted above?
- Finance Department has examined the case and observed that Judicial, Utility and Car Allowances have been sanctioned to the members of the establishment of Lahore High Court, Lahore. This facility has not been granted to the Labour Courts, Anti-Corruption Courts, Anti-Terrorism Courts, Drugs Courts and Consumer Courts being administrative courts and these courts do not fall in the ambit of subordinate judiciary.
