Reference your letter No.FD.PR.12-5/84(Pt. III) dated 24.04.1998 on the subject noted above.
2. The Education Department has already conveyed the decision vide letter No.PA/ASG/MISC/97 dated 27.11.97 on the subject noted above.
3.So it is clear that OTS/ESTS are not eligible for advance increments on attaining a higher qualification.
