Transfer of Funds in Commercial Bank from Assan Assignment (AAA) as advance drawl
Finance Department, Government of the Punjab clarified that the withdrawal from the Assan Assignment Account (LC) is permissible as advance withdrawal, except with the express approval of Finance Department.
Therefore the transfer of funds in commercial bank account requires explicit approval form the Finance Department.
