Subject: Financial Powers Rules
No. FD(FR)II-4/2025. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 48 of the Punjab Public Financial Management Act, 2022 (XXXVII of 2022), Governor of the Punjab is pleased to make the following amendments in the Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2016, with immediate effect:
AMENDMENTS
In the Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2016, in the Second Schedule, in Part-ll, under the heading “SPECIAL POWERS TO CERTAIN DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS at Sr. No.8 [FORESTRY, WILDLIFE & FISHERIES DEPARTMENT], under sab-heading-(c) “PARKS & WILDLIFE WING”:
(a) for Sr. No.1 in column Nos. 1 to 4, the following shall be substituted:

(b) at Sr. No.12, in column Nos. 3 and 4, for the existing entries at item Nos. (ii) and (iv), the following shall be substituted:
