Clarification – Executive Allowance to Officers holding Higher or Lower Post dt 20.09.2019

Subject: Executive Allowance
I am directed to refer to the notification of even No. dated 29.07.2019 on the subject noted above and to clarify that in case an officer is posted upon a post, which is enlisted for grant of Executive Allowance, but the incumbent carries lower scale or higher scale, as the case may be, then the said officer is entitled for grant of the Executive Allowance @1.5 times of monthly basic pay of the scale in which he is drawing his pay.
