Subject: Executive Allowance
I am directed to refer to CGA office letter No. 11/CGA/Reg/1-24/2018/141 P.F II/136 dated 7-11-2018 on the above subject and to state that the Establishment Division posts officers of PAS/PSP Officers in provinces and notifies their terms of appointment. The Finance Division does not approve/vet their financial terms. The proposed allowance is to be given to officers of PAS/PSP from the Provincial Consolidated Fund, which as per the constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan is the exclusive domain of the provincial governments. Therefore, a decision in this regard is to be taken by the respective provincial governments.
2. This issues with the approval of the Finance Secretary.
