2. It is once again intimated with great concern and displeasure that despite repeated directions regarding correct entering of family pensioner’s related personal data in SAP system. There are still discrepancies and lack of compliance with directions.
It is alarming that DAO staff is entering the personal data of employees as well as family pensioner’s data in SAP system by leaving empty the important fields that has resulted in enhancing the numbers of incorrect data in SAP and may lead to embezzlement or misappropriation of public exchequer in future. Especially, in this regard, while entering the data of pensioners the ‘Field 9606’ is mostly left unfilled which shows the non-serious behavior of staff of District Accounts Office regarding a financial matter.
3. You are therefore once again directed to arrange training of employees in your office regarding the maintaining of records of employees in the SAP system. Further issue clear directions SOPs to your staff for entering any type of data in the SAP system. In case of any embezzlement due to lack of maintaining the proper record of data in SAP, the relevant employee along with the DAO will be personally responsible. The report of your respective district is available on the path W172.19.2.2/ Quality Assurance Cell.
