Encashment of Cheques till 07.07.2016 – Relaxation of Rule 2.16 PFR Vol-1
According to Rule 2.16 of Punjab financial Rules Volume-I, the currency of cheques remained valid till three month after the month fo issue or 30th June of the financial year in which they are issued, whichever is earlier however one time relaxation to the rules 2.16 PFR Vol-I was granted and the currency of cheques was extended till 07.07.2016.
