I am directed to refer to Finance Division’s letter No. 1(1)-AO (BC)/2022-23 dated 02-03-2023 received from Director (Budget Computerization) on the subject noted above and to reproduce here the following heads of accounts regarding TA/DA on official visit abroad opened in the chart of accounts by the office of Controller General of Accounts, for information please:

2. It is requested that funds regarding expenditure on official visit abroad may be allocated under above head of accounts while preparation of budget for the NFY 2023-24.
