(b)According to my faith and the above said FIQA. I am not obliged to pay Zakat on the following types of assets in the manner laid down in Zakat and Usher Ordinance 1980 (XVIII of 1980) and in accordance with the decision dated 9th March 1999 of Supreme Court of Pakistan .

1)BANK ACCOUNTS: All types including Saving Bank Account, Current Deposit Account, Notice Account, and Fixed Deposit account by whatever name describe with the bank, Post office, National Saving Center and financial institution etc

2)SECURITIES: All types including shares, debentures, NIT Units, ICP Mutual Fund.

3)CERTIFICATES: Defense Saving Certificates, Special Saving Certificates, National Deposit Certificates/account, Khas Deposit Certificates/accounts and any other types. Account/Certificates and all types of Government Securities etc.

4)FUNDS: Provident funds, Gratuity, Annuity etc. G.P Fund No Personnel No

5)LOANS: All loans given to other

6)INVESTMENTS: All investments including insurance policies, Claims premiums etc. Investment in National Saving Certificate / Current and Saving Accounts of any bank / non-banking financial institutions.

7)Ornaments, ICP Accounts, Bonds, Beared Certificates, fixed Deposits, Salary, Pension, Ushar, all types of agriculture produce from land and postal saving Accounts. Certificate / Current and Saving Accounts of any bank / non-banking financial institutions.

c)That what is stated above is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
