NO.SOR-III(S&GAD)1-8/2000(P).- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 23 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974 (VIII of 1974), Governor of the Punjab is pleased to direct that in the Punjab Education Department (College Wing Ministerial Posts) Service Rules, 2002, the following further amendments shall be made:
AMENDMENTS
In the Punjab Education Department (College Wing Ministerial Posts) Service Rules, 2002, in the Schedule:
(1) in the Functional Unit [College of Education Ministerial Post and other Establishment], the existing entries against the posts of [Lecture Assistant (BS-7)] and [Senior Lecture Assistant (BS-10)], in columns 1 to 10 shall be omitted; and
(2) after the existing entries, the following new entries, in columns 1 to 10 shall be inserted:
