Subject: Casual Leave
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to convey directions of the Competent Authority that officers / officials of School Education Department must obtain prior approval from their officer in charge before availing casual leave(s). However, in case of any emergency, they must inform their officer in charge through SMS via WhatsApp.
2. I am, therefore, directed to request that these instructions may also be conveyed to all subordinate staff for strict compliance in letter and spirit.
