Clarification – Incentive Allowance to the Project dt 20.10.2022 In continuation of the Finance Department’s letter No.FD.SR-Il/9-131/2020 dated 05.10.2022 on the above subject, it is stated that the cases regarding the grant of Incentive Allowance to in-service regular Government Servants appointed or posted in Development Projects or Programs (including Projects, Programs, Policy Units, Policy Cells, etc.) will be considered and recommended by the Punjab Development Working Party (PDWP), Planning & Development Board.
