Regularization of Contract Employees of Treasury Establishment Appointed under Rule 17-A Government of Punjab, Finance Department accorded permission to make 100% recruitment on regular basis against the vacant post in Punjab Treasury Establishment. Moreover, recrement already made under Rule 17-A on contract basis is allowed to amend on Regular basis from the date of Initial Appointments.

Encashment of Cheques till 07.07.2016 – Relaxation of Rule 2.16 PFR Vol-1 According to Rule 2.16 of Punjab financial Rules Volume-I, the currency of cheques remained valid till three month after the month fo issue or 30th June of the financial year in which they are issued, whichever is earlier however one time relaxation to the rules 2.16 PFR Vol-I was granted and the currency of cheques was extended till 07.07.2016.
