Appointment under Rule 17-A S&GAD – 20.08.2007
It is clarified that if both husband and wife are in Government service and both die during service, the benefit if provision of employment under Rule 17-A may be extended to one unemployed child of the deceased husband and one un-employed child of the deceased wife.
