Subject: Amendments in the Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules
No. FD (FR) II-2/89-Pt-I. In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 48 of The Punjab Public Financial Management Act, 2022 (XXXVII of 2022), Governor of the Punjab is pleased to make the following amendments in the Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2016, with immediate effect:
AMENDMENTS
In the Punjab Delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 2016, in the Second Schedule, in Part-II, under the heading “SPECIAL POWERS TO CERTAIN DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS” at Sr. No. 8 (FORESTRY, WILDLIFE & FISHERIES DEPARTMENT), under sub-heading (c) “PARKTS & WILDLIFE WING”:
(a) for Sr. Nos. 8, 9 and 10, in column Nos. 1 to 4 including Note 1 and Note 2, the following shall be substituted:
