Monthly Reconciliation of Expenditure dt 06.01.2019
Government of Punjab, Finance Department directs all the Drawing and Disbursing Officer to reconcile their expenditure by 20th of each month. It is compulsory for all the Drawing & Disbursing Officer to Reconcile the Expenditure with the concerned Accounts Office / Accountant General Office / Treasury Office, Lahore. In case of delinquency, it will be presumed that the Expenditure are stands accepted by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer and any Loss occurred subsequently will only be on the shoulder of delinquent Drawing and Disbursing Officer.
Monthly Reconciliation of Expenditure: Direction Issued by the Accountant General Punjab
In a similar notification issued by the Accountant General Punjab, Lahore wherein the same directions were also issued to the drawing officers of the Punjab to carry out Monthly Reconciliation of Expenditure incurred by them each month.
