This post is related to the speaking order passed by the Finance Department for the upgradation of the post of Veterinary Assistant which was rejected.
Veterinary Assistance filed a writ petition in the Lahore High Court for the upgradation of their post from BS-06 to BS-09 wherein the petitioner claims to be upgradation on the analogy of other department therefore the Lahore High Court while deciding the matter, passed the ordered and forwarded the plea of petitioner to be upgraded From BS-06 to BS-09 to the Finance Department as representation and to pass a well versant speaking and decide the matter under the rules related to upgradation for the post of veterinary Assistant posted in Live Stock Department. However, Finance Department rejected the representation of the petitioner.
