Subject: Special Judicial Allowance
In continuation of this department’s letter of even number dated 25.03.2019, the Competent Authority i.e. the Governor of the Punjab under Article 208 of the Constitution, has approved to unfreeze the special judicial allowance earlier admissible as equal to three times initial basic pay of the pay scales 2008, and allow while revising the same at the rate equal to one basic pay of their respective current Pay Scale plus 50% of running basic pay w.e.f. 01.03.2019 to the members of Lahore High Court Establishment.
