Subject: Special Judicial Allowance
In continuation of this department’s letters bearing No. FD.SR.1/948/2014, dated 25.03.2019 and 31.07.2019, the Competent Authority i.e. the Governor of the Punjab under Article 208 read, with Article 105, of the Constitution has approved to unfreeze the Special Judicial Allowance earlier admissible as equal to three times initial basic pay of the pay scale 2008, and allow while revising the same at the rate equal to 1.5 times of basic pay of their respective current pay scale, 2017 with effect from 01.03.2019 to the Members of the Lahore High Court Establishment.
