Subject: Judicial and Utility Allowance

Kindly refer to your letter No. DAP/BWP/DA-II/HM/41 dated 24.07.2014, on the subject cited above.

2. The case has been examined. District Accounts Officer, Bahawalpur is advised that special judicial & utility and car allowance is admissible only to the member to establishment of Lahore High Court. The same facility is not admissible to any Administrative Court including Labor Court, Drug Court, Consumer Court, Anti-Corruption Court and Anti-Terrorism Court (copy enclosed). No sanction order regarding grant of the said allowance to any Administrative Department has been issued by the Finance Department so far.

This matter is sub-judice. Further necessary action may be taken accordingly.
