Subject: Payments of Arrears
Refer to the subject cited above, as per instructions from CGA office all changes related to arrear claims through both regular payroll as well as through off cycle, shall henceforth be done through Change Tracking System (CTS).
2. The CTS for arrears has been implemented at all DAOs and necessary training to DAO staff has been duly imparted.
3. Kindly ensure that no arrear claim is processed outside of CTS from 01.10.2022 onwards. Compliance to these instructions shall be duly monitored through the system and any violations involving arrear processing outside of CTS will invoke disciplinary action under the relevant rules.
