Admissibility of Performance Based Allowance during Earned Leave dt 26.10.2022

Subject: Performance Based Allowance
Will the Section Officer (ND), Government of the Punjab, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department kindly refer to his letter bearing No.SO(ND)2-26/2018, dated 17.11.2020 on the subject noted above?
- The case has been examined. It is clarified that the following performance-based allowances which are paid to the civil servants during performance of their duties, are admissible to an official / officer for the first 90 days only during the continued period of Earned Leave (full pay / half pay) & OSD (awaiting posting):
- Executive Allowance
- Computer Allowance
- Elite Allowance
- Ration Allowance
- Uniform Allowance
- Secretariat Allowance etc.
- Health Professional Allowance
- Special Healthcare Allowance
- Non-Practicing Allowance
- Practice Compensatory Allowance
- Nursing Professional Allowance
- Teaching Allowance for the teaching staff in Basic Sciences
- Health Sector Reforms Allowance
- Health Risk Allowance for Class-IV employees
- Anesthesia Allowance
- Hard Area Allowance
- Incentive Allowance
- Integrated Allowance
- Judicial Allowance
- Washing Allowance
2. It is further clarified that the above allowances will be admissible for the whole period to an official / officer who proceeds on Special Leave (Iddat Leave) / Maternity Leave.
