Subject: Financial Proposals
I am directed to refer to the subject and to notify the following guidelines in this regard for information and further necessary action:

| 9 | Initiation of Annual Budget estimates of the O/o Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner | ACS, South Punjab will initiate the estimates of an annual budget regarding the offices of the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner through S&GAD Punjab for onward submission to Finance Department Punjab for processing to place it before the Provincial Assembly for final approval. |
