Subject: Delegation of Powers
Kindly refer to the subject cited above.
2. I am directed to state that Administrative Departments of South Punjab Secretariat forward requisitions to S&GAD, South Punjab, for transfer / posting of officers officials in Administrative Departments from field formations. Whereas, Powers have already been delegated to all the Administrative Departments of South Punjab, for transfer / posting of officers & officials by concerned Administrative Departments of Civil Secretariat, Punjab, Lahore.
3. I am further directed to request that concerned Administrative Department(s) of South Punjab may make take further necessary action at their own level, in light of powers delegated.
