Subject: Liabilities of Account IV
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to direct you for the provision of following information within 03 days positively:-
- Cash balance available in Account-IV duly reconciled with NBP/SBP.
- Outstanding liabilities on account of Contractors Securities kept in A/c- IV along with an attested copy of available balance in Public Account under head G-10113.
- A certificate that all deductions/taxes from salaries paid out of A/C -IV have already been properly adjusted/transferred to Provincial A/c-l.
