Subject: Safe Custody
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that all the valuables, election material etc. have been kept in the District Treasuries & Sub-Treasuries in proper and safe custody in accordance with the provisions of the Rules contained in Rule 3.6 to 3.11 of PFR Vol.-I and Rule 3.13 to 3.18 of the Punjab Subsidiary Treasury Rules to avoid any incident.
2. I am further directed to state that a certificate to this extent with the signature of District Accounts Office / Sub-Treasury Officer may be rendered within 02 days positively as ordered by the Authority.
