Subject: Selection Committee of District Health Authorities
No. SO-H&D(DHA-17-02-01). Consequent upon the establishment of District Health Authorities across Punjab under PLGA 2013, the Competent Authority has been pleased to announce the following Departmental Selection Committees at District level:
1. Departmental Selection Committee At District Level For Posts in BS-11 And Above;
| i) | Deputy Commissioner | (Chairman) |
| ii) | Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority | (Member) |
| iii) | Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P) | (Member) |
| iv) | One member to be nominated by Administrative Department | (Member) |
| v) | District Health Officer (MIS&HRM) | (Member) |
| vi) | One Women Officer Nominated by the Deputy Commissioner Concerned | (Member) |
2. Departmental Selection Committee At District Level For Posts In BS-01 To BS-10:
| i) | Chief Executive Officer DHA | (Chairman) |
| ii) | Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P) | (Member) |
| iii) | Additional Deputy Commissioner (Gen) | (Member) |
| iv) | Representative of the Administrative Department | (Member) |
| v) | District Health Officer (MIS&HRM) | (Member) |
| vi) | One Women Officer to be nominated by Deputy Commissioner | (Member) |
| vii) | District Coordinator, IRMNCH Program will act as co-opted Member, in case appointments / recruitments are to be made for IRMNCH Program. | (Member) |
